Conflict Materials

July 15, 2015

To Our Customer,

In August of 2012 the Securities and Exchange Commission established rules in response to the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, which requires companies to disclose their use of Conflict Materials that originated in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or adjoining countries. As of the date of this document, these materials include tantalum, tin, gold, and tungsten.

To the best of our knowledge none of Freelin-Wade’s tube or hose products, exclusive of fittings and accessories, contain any Conflict Materials.

Please be advised that we do not analyze for these materials.

If you have any questions regarding Conflict Materials compliance and how it pertains to Freelin-Wade products please contact us at 503-434-5561.
